REGISTRATION FEES

To guarantee your place, please register ASAP. Register online at Plusline or call PlusLine at (800) 732-7587.

FULL EVENT REGISTRATION: This registration includes all seminars, general sessions and three meals.

EARLY BIRD: $100 now through September 1, 2010

REGULAR: $130 after September 1, 2010

MEALS: You will receive breakfast and lunch on Sabbath, and breakfast on Sunday with a full event registration. No meals are included with a commuter registration.

COMMUTER FEES

This registration includes seminars and general sessions, no meals are included with this registration.

EARLY BIRD: $45 now through September 1, 2010

REGULAR: $55 after September 1, 2010

Each attendee is responsible for making their lodging arrangements by calling (860) 549-2400.
